Three things must be true before a truck leaves: the shipment is yours, the driver is who they say they are, and every checkpoint agrees. Drivers do their part from their own phone — no app, no account.

STEP 01
You create the shipment
Your admin enters the invoice number, pallet count and warehouse. DockPass issues a single-purpose Handling ID that you send to the assigned carrier.

STEP 02
The driver proves who they are
The driver opens DockPass on their phone, enters the Handling ID, photographs their license and takes a live photo. The ID service checks both.

Your company accepts the driver
Passing the ID check isn't enough on its own. Your admin gets an alert and accepts — or declines with a reason — in one click.

A single-use QR pass is issued
The pass appears on the driver's status page immediately. If they come back on a different phone, they must confirm their license number first.

Security checks the driver in
The guard scans the QR with their phone camera, or types the code. DockPass checks it's valid, unused, unexpired and for this gate.

Loading confirms, approval releases
Loading counts pallets against the invoice. Approval gives the final sign-off, or holds the truck with a reason and escalates.
