Does the driver need to install an app?
No. Drivers open dockpass.org on any phone browser, enter the Handling ID you gave their carrier, and follow the steps. The QR pass appears right on their status page.
What if a guard's camera doesn't work?
Every pass has a 32-character code the guard can type instead. The same checks apply either way.
Can a screenshot of the QR be reused?
No. Each code works exactly once, only at the assigned warehouse, only for that shipment, and only within its validity window. A second scan is denied and alerts your team.
What counts as a pickup?
One shipment that a driver registers for. Cancelled shipments with no registered driver don't count.
How long does setup take?
Most teams create their first warehouse, staff accounts and shipment in under 15 minutes. There's no hardware to install.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes apply from your next billing period.
